We are excited to bring you our first ever Indonesia offering! Our QC team has been sampling coffees to add to our 2025 lineup and this one caught our attention immediately. Before we even had a taste, the bright and fruity fragrance of the ground coffee had our interest piqued. The first sip showed notes of cashew and walnut nuttiness with floral notes of bergamot. As the coffee cooled, the fruitiness opened up immensely. You'll find sweetness and acidity reminiscent of white grapes. We hope you enjoy this unique coffee as much as we do!
This coffee is sourced from multiple farmers in the East Java Province of Indonesia. After the cherries are picked and pass the QC inspection, they are sent to the Botolinggo Mill for washing and sorting. The coffee is then dried for 11-13 days before being hulled and packed.
