Aptly named ‘paradise’, El Paraíso is a village in the Huabal district of Peru. The average farm size is 1.5 hectares and harvest takes place April through September. The village centre sits atop a small mountain at 2000 masl, with beautiful views in every direction. Producers in this village mostly grow a mix of Caturra, Bourbon and Catimor, and the farms are located around the village centre at altitudes between 1800 and 2050 masl.
